Every new account starts with a couple of ready-made event types so there is something to share straight away. Setting them up used to attempt one more than the free plan allows, which failed quietly behind the scenes.
Nothing was missing from your account as a result — the event types you were entitled to were always created. The setup step just no longer trips over the extra one.
