The import review page now has a sentence under each count saying what that kind of item is, such as design tokens or page archetypes. The section that listed observed and inferred counts is now What happens when you create it: it says which items are added as documented, which wait under Needs review, and that nothing on the page needs a decision.
On the Needs review page, each group of items says what approving adds. An inconsistency lists each value found in the code with how many places use it, and the form says what choosing a value changes: the named token, or a rule for coding assistants. Badges now say Stated in the code, Inferred from repeated code or Seen in a few places.
The prompt for documenting an existing codebase asks the assistant to write descriptions for a designer first, to keep brand colors to the few colors on a brand sheet, to record gradients as one entry, and to treat a value overridden on every page as the shipped value rather than an inconsistency.
