Editor side panels now have a proper heading

The heading of every side panel in the Document and Spreadsheet editors sat flush against the edge of the panel with no padding and no dividing line. All fifteen now use the standard panel heading.

Opening Share, Find and replace, Link, or any other side panel in the Document or Spreadsheet editor showed its title jammed into the top-left corner of the panel, with no space around it and no rule separating it from the content below.

The headings had been written with class names the stylesheet does not define, so they were falling back to unstyled text. Every side panel in both editors now uses the standard panel heading, with the same spacing, dividing line and close button as the panels elsewhere in Magpie, and each panel is now correctly announced by its own title to a screen reader.

The one-line explanation that used to sit under each title has moved into the panel itself, and the buttons at the foot of each panel form now get the standard spacing rather than sitting a single space apart.
