The Expenses settings page now marks its bands with setting_id() from the settings registry. The test that renders every Expenses page with strict variables did not provide that function, so it failed on the settings page. The test now provides it with the same rule as the real renderer: an id the registry does not declare fails the render. Internal change; nothing changes for members.
