Changed the internal ./update-pages tool. It now has four commands: list the pages that need work, start a draft for one page, capture its screenshots, and check and save the page. Copy is written in a coding session rather than by a model the tool calls. Each command writes all of its changes or none. Removed batch updates, --resume and the web review screen.
