When a member of the Magpie team is available, the homepage shows a small tile with their camera picture and no sound. Select the tile to open a larger panel, where you can type a question and read replies. Choose Listen to hear them. You can also turn on your own microphone or camera.
The tile appears only while someone is available. Hiding it closes it for the rest of your browser session. Audio and video are not recorded; typed messages are kept for 30 days.
