Add a public key from your computer on Git Repositories → SSH keys and tokens. Git on that computer then connects to Magpie repositories over SSH without asking for a username or password.
Once your account has a key, each repository page shows its SSH address, uses it in the Git commands, and shows the command that switches an existing clone from HTTPS. A key gets its name from its comment; click the name to change it. Remove stops Git from connecting with that key.
Repository access over SSH follows the same team and collaborator permissions as HTTPS. HTTPS tokens keep working.
