Added tags to Hiring candidates. Add tags such as strong-portfolio or future-role on a candidate's page; tags already used in the team are offered as you type, and each change saves at once. Tags belong to the candidate, so they show on each of their applications. The candidate list shows each candidate's first two tags and can be filtered or searched by tag. Hiring is Coming soon and only Magpie administrators can open it.
