Added interviews to Hiring. On a candidate, select Schedule interview, choose the interviewers, a date and a length, and pick one of the start times when every interviewer is free, or type another time. Free times come from each interviewer's Meetings hours, Magpie Calendar, Meetings bookings and connected Google Calendar.
An interview can be held on Magpie Video Chat or at a phone number, address or meeting link. A Video Chat interview is a scheduled call for up to six people: interviewers join while signed in, and the candidate joins from a private link without an account. The interview is added to the team Calendar for its interviewers, and the candidate can be emailed an invitation with a calendar file. Changing or cancelling the interview updates the call, the Calendar event and, when chosen, the candidate's calendar.
Scheduled Video Chat calls are available on Pro and Team plans. Hiring is Coming soon and only Magpie administrators can open it.
