Added scorecards to Hiring. A scorecard rates a candidate from 1 to 5 in each of the job's categories, gives a recommendation from strong no to strong yes, and can add notes. Each job starts with four categories, which can be renamed, added, removed and reordered on the job page.
After an interview starts, its interviewers are asked for a scorecard on the candidate's page and on the Hiring overview. The candidate's page shows each scorecard and a summary of recommendations and average ratings. An interviewer who has not submitted a scorecard for the candidate sees the others only after submitting their own. Hiring is Coming soon and only Magpie administrators can open it.
