Marking an application withdrawn in Hiring now cancels its interviews that have not started. Each interview's Calendar event is deleted, its Video Chat call no longer opens, and the other interviewers are emailed. The candidate is not emailed. Hiring is Coming soon and only Magpie administrators can open it.
