In the synth canvas trial for website admins: each panel has a dark rim, a lit upper-left edge, a shaded lower-right edge and shadow inside the rim, with neighbouring panels lit a touch differently; the seams are darker and the tools section has a narrow charcoal frame. Jacks, knobs, LEDs and screws are about a fifth larger, screws have a stronger highlight and a recessed ring, and wide tools get one oversized knob. Twelve hardware arrangements now include toggle switches and a bar meter. One panel in five carries heavier wear with paint chips at the corners and dirt. Cables are thicker and rounder, with a dark rim, a brighter gloss, a deeper shadow, more sag and bigger plugs. Nothing changes for anyone else.
