In the synth canvas trial for website admins, a group's plane is drawn as a mixer strip: four channels, each with an LED, a fader on a 0 to 10 scale with a cap in its own colour, mute and solo buttons and a channel number; a utility row with a level knob, two switches and a status strip; and six labelled jacks for inputs, output, CV and mix. A short band drops the jacks and then the utility row rather than crowding them. Legends follow the theme. Nothing changes for anyone else.
Front page synthesizer trial: group planes as mixer strips
In the admin-only ?try=synth front page, each group's plane is a mixer strip in three zones instead of four faders on an empty panel.
