While you drag an item in an Idea Workspace, it snaps into line with other items and a red line shows what it lined up with. It used to snap to items anywhere on the board, including ones out of view, so on a busy board the item jumped for no visible reason and a guide flashed from it to the edge of the screen. It now lines up only with items you can see in the window.
