In the image picker, selecting images replaces the search row at the top with how many are selected, Clear, Upload more and the button that adds them, such as Add 2 images to post in Social Media. An image you upload in the picker is marked Uploaded and selected for you, and the bottom of the picker says how many were uploaded.

When you select images in the image picker, the button that adds them moves to the top right, and new uploads are marked Uploaded.
