2236_store_order_attribution.sql added attributionSource after store_orders.customerTaxExempt, which 2252_store_tax.sql adds. The runner applies files in filename order, so 2236 failed with "Unknown column" and stopped the deploy before any of its columns were added. The columns now follow billingAddress (migration 2211); after 2252 runs, the column order matches database/schema.sql.

The order attribution columns are added after billingAddress, so the migration no longer needs a column from a later file.
