Tests check facts instead of wording

The PHP tests that pinned a sentence of product copy, an exact piece of HTML or the machine's time zone data now assert the fact behind it, so a copy edit no longer fails the suite.

About 230 assertions in 97 test files compared a message, note, subject line or label to its exact wording. A copy edit, which the writing guide asks for all the time, failed them with nothing wrong in the product. Each now asserts what the sentence carries: the name, the count, the date or the amount in it, the row written, or the refusal itself. Where the sentence is the product, such as an export file or a fixture echoed back, it stays.

Two tests expected the time zone alias Asia/Calcutta, which only machines with the backward time zone data know; they now check an older name the machine has, and are skipped where it has none. docs/TESTING.md adds the review question: what change to the product would make this test fail?
