Added Inventory, for everything a team keeps in stock.
- Each item is counted, weighed or measured by volume, and stock is recorded in pools: the places or purposes it is kept for. The same item can be in several pools.
- Items have categories, tags, barcodes and pack sizes, so stock can be typed in cases or sacks.
- Add and remove stock with a reason, move it between pools, write it off, and hold back a suspect delivery so it is not used. Lots and expiry dates can be recorded per item.
- Every change is kept in the history with who made it. A team admin can reverse a change; nothing is edited.
- Set a minimum and an order-up-to level per pool. Items below their minimum are suggested for ordering from their usual supplier, counting what is already on order.
- Purchase orders can need a team admin's approval above a set total, and can be emailed to the supplier.
- Receiving a delivery records what arrived, what was refused and why, and the price charged. Short, extra, refused and repriced lines are listed to follow up with the supplier.
- Counts can hide what the records say from the people counting. Large differences wait for a team admin.
- A Store product can sell from an Inventory pool, so the same stock is not counted twice.
- Download stock on hand with its value as a CSV file.
Inventory is Coming soon and only Magpie administrators can open it.
