Fixed invoice amount spacing, the idea workspace page bar and the presentation viewer title

Fixed invoice amounts such as 1,200.00 showing as "1 , 200 . 00" in invoice tables, line items and totals.

Fixed the idea workspace page bar on laptop-width windows: the breadcrumb no longer draws over itself, and the workspace actions move to a second row when there is no room.

Fixed the presentation viewer in light mode, where the deck title and slide count were pale text on a pale background.
