The Issues page opens with the issue list. Projects are optional groups of related issues, listed on the Projects page. Issue creation explains that a project can be assigned later.
Filters and display contains the filtering, sorting and grouping controls. More contains exports, import, saved views and setup tools. Select all on page is a checkbox, and bulk changes show the selected count.
