Team admins can configure up to 20 HTTPS endpoints for Issue events. Requests are signed and include a stable event ID so a receiving service can verify each request and avoid applying a retry twice. Delivery attempts are bounded. Pausing or removing an endpoint, or changing its URL or event selection, cancels pending deliveries.
