The Link-In-Bio List editor now starts with a row above the list: File, which holds Import JSON, then Add link, Add heading, Add text and Add divider. Each opens a drawer that asks only for what that block needs, and Add divider adds a divider straight away. Before, Import JSON and + Add link were in the page bar and opened forms at the foot of the page.
View page stays in the page bar, and Settings, Appearance and Analytics are still the tabs above the list.
