When the host chose End, the visitor’s homepage kept Live chat hidden for the rest of their browser session, including after a reload. End now closes the chat only on the page the visitor has open. Reloading the homepage shows Live chat again while the host is live.
An ended Live chat starts again when the page is reloaded
When the host ends a Live chat, it stays closed on the visitor’s open page, and reloading the homepage shows Live chat again.
