public/mail.phplooked up the DNS Get started flags with the selected domain's id on every Mail page. On Addresses that domain is a list row without an id, so it logged a PHP warning. The flags are now read only on the domain page, the one page that shows them.

Opening Mail's Addresses page no longer writes an "Undefined array key id" warning to the log.
