Remove a Mail domain from the bottom of its page

Remove domain is now at the bottom of a Mail domain's page instead of under More. While the domain has mailboxes or addresses, the page lists how many and links to Addresses. A domain that uses Magpie's nameservers says to change them at the registrar first.
