Meeting Types used to open with a grid of meeting lengths, so the types you already had were pushed down the page. The list now comes first. The quick length picker and the custom form sit together in one Add a meeting type panel below it, closed until you ask for it and open on a first visit when there is nothing to list yet. The page bar has an Add meeting type button that opens the same panel. The empty list now says that nobody can book a time until you add one.
