Improved Meetings and Calendar

Meetings and Calendar have clearer jobs

Meetings now manages the times people choose with you. Calendar shows events, meetings, scheduled To-dos, and deadlines in Agenda, Day, or Month view.

Meetings now uses meeting language throughout the member and public pages. The overview focuses on upcoming meetings, the meeting page, Availability, and Meeting Types. All Meetings separates Upcoming from History automatically, and an individual meeting opens as a readable summary before you choose to edit it. The API v1 names and webhook contracts have not changed.

Calendar now opens in Agenda view and also includes Month and a full 24-hour Day view. Events, Personal meetings, scheduled To-dos, and To-do deadlines are visually distinct. Selecting empty time in Day view starts an event at the Calendar increment.

Personal meetings appear only on Personal Calendar, not inside a shared team Calendar. Magpie Calendar events now block the same time on the public meeting page, alongside existing meetings and connected Google Calendar busy time.

New Calendar events can accept RSVPs but do not create selectable meeting times. Existing events that already contain meeting times keep them during the transition.
