Native Calendar event create and edit screens keep a short recovery copy in the device's protected store, scoped to the signed-in account, workspace and event. Existing-event drafts are restored only when the saved event revision still matches, and updates reject a changed event instead of overwriting it. Oversized drafts remain editable in memory and are not truncated. Drafts are cleared after save, delete or discard. This is not an offline write queue.
