Native Chat conversation messages and thread replies keep a bounded recovery copy in the device's protected store, scoped to the signed-in account, workspace, conversation and, for replies, thread. The send nonce is retained so retrying after a process restart remains one logical message. Oversized drafts remain editable in memory and are not truncated. Drafts are cleared after a successful send or when the composer is emptied. This is not an offline send queue.
