Expo Doctor reports without failing mobile checks

The Mobile checks workflow still runs Expo Doctor and shows its advice about package versions and React Native Directory in the log, but that advice no longer fails the check. Typecheck, lint and the mobile tests still fail it. Device builds are unchanged: they use the versions in the lockfile.
