Documents now has workspace search, Shared with me, a native reader, creation with initial text, renaming and deletion. Renaming preserves the stored document content and refuses an outdated revision. Pictures, page layout and advanced editing open the website.
Kanban now has board search and creation, column navigation, and card creation, editing, deletion and moves. Move buttons place cards at the start or end of a column using its stored order. Moving a suggestion out of Inbox approves it, as on the website. Basic edits preserve assignment and colour and refuse stale drafts.
Both workflows appear in More, Create and Search. Opened documents and boards appear in Home recent work. Existing workspace permissions, direct document shares, board limits and activity records still apply. Sharing a link does not grant access.
These additions are part of the development app. Compiled iOS and Android device checks are still required before release.
