The shared native list shells now own the pull-to-refresh indicator state. Background refetches and infinite-list page fetches do not show a refresh spinner unless the person actually pulls to refresh.
Keep mobile refresh indicators intentional
Background mobile refetches no longer appear as user-initiated pull-to-refresh actions.
