On Screen recordings in the mobile app, choose Upload, pick an MP4 or WebM video from Photos or Files, give it a title and upload it. It becomes a Screen recording you can share like any other. It counts toward your weekly recordings and storage, and a video longer than your plan's recording length is not saved.
