Hiring is now in the Magpie app. The overview lists your upcoming interviews, the scorecards you still owe and the newest applications. Open a job to see its candidates one stage at a time, with a count for each stage, or search Candidates by name, email address, job or tag.
A candidate's page shows their contact details (tap to email or call), job, stage, status, tags, application answers, files, notes, activity, interviews in your time zone and scorecards. An interviewer who has not submitted a scorecard sees only how many others there are until they submit their own.
People with edit access can move a candidate to another stage, add tags and notes, reject (with or without emailing the candidate), mark a candidate withdrawn or hired, reopen an application, and submit, change or delete their own scorecards. Scheduling interviews, jobs, application forms and Hiring settings are not in the app. Hiring is still Coming soon, so only Magpie administrators can open it.
