In the Magpie app's PDF Workspace, touch and hold a page or file, then drag it to reorder it in Scan a document, Images to PDF, Merge PDFs and Organize pages. Move up and Move down are still available.
Organize pages can split a PDF by custom ranges, with one file for each range, or after the pages you list, as well as by a number of pages per file.
