On a news email that is held or going out, Priority under Sending can now be changed. The new priority applies to every copy not yet sent, from the next minute, so changing Low to High sends the rest at any hour each person has used Magpie in. Copies already sent are not affected. Once every copy has gone, the priority is shown but can no longer be changed.
