Added to the PDF editor:
- Recognise text reads scanned pages in 15 languages and adds the text as invisible text, so the pages can be searched, selected and copied.
- Find and redact finds words, email addresses, phone numbers and web addresses, lists the matches for review and marks the ones you keep for redaction.
- Form field adds text boxes, checkboxes, lists and option buttons.
- Link adds and changes links to pages and web addresses.
- Bookmarks adds, renames, nests, reorders and deletes bookmarks.
- Page size and crop, Header and footer and Watermark are under More. Page numbers can use your own wording.
- Added text, page numbers, headers, footers, watermarks and form values can use other alphabets, including Greek, Cyrillic, Arabic, Hebrew, Hindi, Thai, Chinese, Japanese and Korean.
Bookmarks, page labels, attached files and links between pages now follow their pages when pages are moved, removed or merged.
New quick tools: Recognise text (OCR), Compare PDFs, Letterhead and overlay, Bates numbering and Change several PDFs.
Invoices, PDF receipts in Expenses and PDFs shared in Client Portal have Open in PDF Workspace. Client Portal files can be downloaded by team members.
