Reconnecting during a recording keeps audio in step

When someone's page reopens part-way through a take, their audio stays in time with everyone else, and received audio is no longer left out.

When someone's recording page closes or reloads during a Podcast take and they open it again, their recording continues in the same track. The time they were away is now kept as silence, so the rest of their audio stays in step with everyone else. Before, the audio after they returned was placed as if no time had passed, and a reopened page could replay earlier pauses and stops against the new recording.

If you remove someone during a take, the audio already received from them is now prepared with the take. Use received audio now works when a chunk never arrived, using everything else that did. Someone with no audio in a take, such as a second join of the same person, is labelled No audio in this take and is not counted as a participant.
