The introduction at the top of a form used to sit flush against the first question, with no space between them. The same gap was missing anywhere a form put two different kinds of block next to each other — a heading above a question, a paragraph between two questions, or the message shown on a closed form.
Spacing is now applied to every block in a form regardless of what comes before or after it, so any combination of questions, headings, paragraphs and dividers is laid out consistently. Dividers have also gained proper space either side, and each page of a multi-page form now starts at the same point.
