Public pages show their sections in one frame

Public boards, posts, repositories, newsletters and Supporters pages show their sections joined in one frame instead of as separate boxes.

Public pages now show their sections the way pages inside Magpie do: joined in one frame, with a fine line between sections and rounded corners only at the outside. This covers public message boards and their posts, public Kanban boards, public Git repositories, newsletter pages and emails, and Supporters pages and posts. Before, each section was a separate rounded box with a gap after it, so a page read as a stack of cards. Section titles on these pages no longer have a line under them.

On a public Git repository's page, the files and the clone address are now two sections of the same frame.
