QR Codes follows the shared settings and copy rules

A saved QR code no longer opens with a form waiting to be typed into. Its destination is shown as a value you click to edit, and a switch turns the code on or off with the consequence stated beside it. On the creator, Save QR code is separated from the download and print buttons because it does something different. The scanner dropzone can now be used with the keyboard and opens the file picker when clicked. When a design cannot be read back, the warning says that downloading and printing are turned off and what to change; browsers that expose a QR decoder but cannot run it no longer block downloads.
