The Reader keyboard shortcuts panel opened against the top-left corner of the page with its text touching the border. It now opens centred, with padding, a rounded panel, a dimmed page behind it, and the shortcut keys styled as keycaps.
Reader keyboard shortcuts panel is centred again
The shortcuts dialog now opens centred on the page with proper spacing instead of pinned to the top-left corner.
