The whole timeline track was already draggable to scrub, not just the playhead line itself, but nothing about it looked that way - the line was the only thing that read as interactive, so it took more precision to hit than it actually needed. The playhead now has a small round handle at its top to read as a grabbable target, and the timeline shows a grab cursor that switches to grabbing while a scrub is in progress.

Scrubbing the recording editor's timeline worked anywhere along the track, but visually it looked like you had to land exactly on the thin red playhead line.
