Improved Screen Recorder

Recording editor: image panel beside the video, and working timeline drags

The selected image's settings now sit next to the video, you set how long it stays on screen rather than when it ends, and timeline blocks can be dragged again.

Selecting an image in the recording editor used to open its settings below the video, off the bottom of the screen on a laptop. On a wide screen the panel now sits beside the video, where the image it describes is still visible.

The panel used to have separate start and end times, so moving the start left the end where it was and quietly changed how long the image showed. It now has one "Appears at" field and one "On screen for" field in seconds, with the moment it disappears shown underneath for information. Moving the start moves the whole image, keeping its length. Any length down to a few frames is allowed.

Also fixed: dragging a block on the timeline, or either of its ends, did nothing - the block was rebuilt underneath the pointer as soon as it moved. Dragging to retime and to trim both work now.
