Improved Git Repositories

Deleting a repository is no longer the loudest thing on the page

The delete button has moved from beside the repository name to a More actions row at the foot of the page, and it now says what deleting actually does.

A red Delete repository button sat next to the repository's name, competing with it on every visit for an action almost nobody takes. It now sits in a More actions band at the foot of the page, the same place an invoice keeps its own destructive action, with a line explaining that the clone URL stops working for everyone and that existing local clones are unaffected.

Get an HTTPS token has moved to the page bar at the same time, next to where it already sits on the Git Repositories list, leaving the repository header to the name and description.
