Create standalone resources such as rooms and studios, or make an Asset Tracker asset available for booking. Set a resource time zone, weekly hours, booking rules and unavailable periods. Team members can request or confirm bookings; admins can review requests. Pending and approved bookings prevent conflicts, and linked assets become unavailable when checked out, under maintenance, lost or retired. Reports compare approved booking time with configured available hours.
