New Screen Recorder

Give your camera its own panel while screen recording

The screen recorder can now put your camera in a half or third of the frame instead of a small bubble.

The screen recorder's camera has always shown as a small bubble in a corner. Recording options now include a Camera layout choice: keep the floating bubble, or switch to Split screen.

Split screen gives the camera its own rectangular panel - half the frame or one third of it - along the top, bottom, left or right edge, with the shared screen filling the rest. It composites into the recording the same way the bubble does, so it is burned into the file and needs nothing from the player.

The bubble's position, shape and border options only apply to the bubble; switching to split screen swaps them for a camera size and side choice instead.
