Changed the internal screenshot robot to allow the two read requests Team chat uses to load a channel, bootstrap and history. Other action requests are still blocked during captures. Also fixed the feature-page sample script so its chat messages use valid message identifiers, and renamed the sample repository to northline-launch.

The internal screenshot robot now allows Team chat's read requests, so a chat channel can be captured for its feature page.
