Search now sits at the top of the sidebar and the phone menu, in place of the Search link below Dashboard. On a computer it shows its keyboard shortcut: ⌘K on a Mac and Ctrl K elsewhere. When you are signed in, the same button appears in the top bar of the Magpie website, beside the account menu.
The search box it opens still finds pages, tools and actions by name. After you type two letters, it also lists up to three matching items of each kind of work, such as Documents, Notes and Contacts, from Personal and every team you are in. Each one shows its kind and its team, and opening one from another team switches to that team first. The last entry, Search for, opens the Search page with every match.
