Internal: added deployment/SERVERS.md, which records each server and its addresses, how requests reach the app, where DNS records and certificates are kept, and commands that check them. Corrected the certificate steps for people's addresses in deployment/README.md: the wildcard certificate is renewed through signed DNS updates to the DNS server, and the Apache site is turned on only once the release is live.
